Food Enthusiast Program: Holiday Entertaining

Cost: $70 per person
Chef Steve will demonstrate and prepare a plethora of assorted nosh you can easily prepare at home and serve at all of your holiday affairs. Menu to include Seafood Cakes with Remoulade, Marinated Chicken & Bacon Skewers, Assorted Canapés, and Ice Cream Sandwich Sensations.
The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
