We will also explore the underrepresentation and disparities that exist in the manufacturing industry, particularly focusing on the lack of people of color in various roles, from entry-level positions to leadership roles. Despite significant advancements in diversity and inclusion in many sectors, manufacturing has lagged behind in its efforts to create an equitable environment for people of color.
