If you are unable to attend our information session but are still interested in pursuing a Legal Studies major or Paralegal Studies certificate at RCC please email us at [email protected] for further information.
At least nine semester credits of legal specialty courses through traditional classroom or synchronous instruction are required. (21 of the 30 Legal Studies/Paralegal Studies credits must be taken at RCC).
Paralegals are not licensed and always work under the supervision of an attorney. Paralegals may not provide legal services directly to the public except as permitted by law.
