DESCRIPTION:Location: Parking lot next to Academic I and the Technology Center \nThe Connection Center is collaborating with Planned Parenthood to bring their Mobile Health Center to RCC! \nRCC students do not need to make an appointment; walk-ins are welcome! Please bring your RCC ID\, State ID\, and/or health insurance card if you have one. The cost for RCC students will be free or on a sliding scale based on income and insurance. DESCRIPTION:Location: Academic II\, Room 2113 or join via Teams \nJoin us for LGBTQIA+ Ally Training\, an interactive and engaging workshop designed for students\, faculty\, and staff who want to create a more inclusive\, affirming\, and supportive campus community at Rockland Community College. \nThis training will provide participants with foundational knowledge about sexual orientation\, gender identity\, and gender expression\, while addressing common myths\, terminology\, and best practices for allyship. DESCRIPTION:Location: Growing Together Lounge (Technology Center\, Room 8370) \nIn collaboration with the Rockland County Pride Center and the Healthy Futures program\, the Connection Center hosts multiple free HIV Screenings for RCC students throughout the semester in the Growing Together Lounge\, located in the Technology Center\, Room 8370. Test results are confidential.
