This interactive session will introduce participants to LGBTQIA+ identities\, terminology\, and experiences while exploring ways to foster a more inclusive and supportive campus community. Open to all RCC faculty\, staff\, and students\, this training is designed to build awareness\, understanding\, and allyship. Participants must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 to receive certification. No registration is required!

Building on the foundations established in Part 1\, this interactive session will explore practical strategies for allyship\, addressing bias and discrimination\, and creating welcoming and affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Participants will strengthen their skills and confidence in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community both on and off campus. Participants must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 to receive certification.
