Why Study Green Building Maintenance and Management?
Green construction—the practice of erecting buildings that are capable of conserving water and energy—has grown dramatically over the past few years. As interest in protecting the environment grows, maintaining green commercial buildings will require skilled workers knowledgeable in the latest green construction techniques and energy-efficient systems. An AAS degree in Green Building Maintenance and Management will prepare students to efficiently and effectively maintain modern commercial buildings.
