LGBTQIA+ Ally Training: Part 2

Continue your journey toward becoming an effective LGBTQIA+ ally with Part 2 of RCC’s LGBTQIA+ Ally Training! Building on the foundations established in Part 1, this interactive session will explore practical strategies for allyship, addressing bias and discrimination, and creating welcoming and affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Participants will strengthen their skills and confidence in supporting the LGBTQIA+ community both on and off campus. Participants must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 to receive certification. Open to all RCC faculty, staff, and students. No registration is required!
