The Annual John R. Maloney Irish Coffee House and Conversation

March 17 @ 12:30 pm EDT

St. Patrick's Day Irish CoffeehouseLocation: Black Box Studio (Cultural Arts Center, Room 7100)

In honor of Irish Heritage Month, the Visual and Performing Arts department will host this annual event. The Irish Coffee House is a relaxed midday gathering celebrating creativity and community. Join us for an hour of poetry, music, humor, and food. Featuring readings from the poetry club alongside live performances and lighthearted moments, the event offers a welcoming café-style atmosphere perfect for a lunch break. In addition, members of the Visual and Performing Arts Department will pay tribute to the late, great Professor Dan Masterson, a former Poet Laureate of Rockland County. Drop in, enjoy something tasty, and spend an hour immersed in Irish-inspired words, sounds, and good company.

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served following the event.
