SUFFERN, N.Y. (September 4th, 2026) — The Fall 2026 semester at Rockland Community College has begun, but there’s still time to apply and register. Advisors are ready to assist students with applications, academic advising, course registration, financial aid, and more. No appointments are necessary.
Prospective students can still apply online or for in-person assistance, visit the admissions office, Room 8120 in the RCC Technology Center on the College’s main campus in Suffern.
For a typical full-time Rockland County student taking 12 credits per semester, tuition is less than $2,900 per semester and financial aid is available for those who qualify. Rockland Community College is the only public college in the County and, in addition to traditional college courses, also offers the SUNY Reconnect program offering free associate degrees in high-demand fields like nursing, automotive technology, cybersecurity, teacher education, and more.
Applications and registration are open through September 10* for the full 15-week semester and through October 26 for the later start Flex 2 semester. The Flex 2 semester begins on October 26 and ends on December 21.
Students who have applied and been accepted to RCC can complete in-person registration in the RCC Technology Center, Room 8220.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Thursday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
For those who can’t make it to campus, will RCC offer virtual advising available via Zoom on Tuesday, September 8: 12 – 2 p.m. However, this late in the semester RCC strongly recommends coming in-person to work one-on -one with an advisor.
