General Information
To access your Student Account and make a payment on your bill use the TouchNet link on your myRCC Student Portal (My Apps card).
The RCC payment plan features:
- No interest.
- An affordable $40 enrollment charge per semester.
- A 5% down payment will be required when establishing a payment plan.
- Monthly payments due on the 5th of each month.
- A student may designate an authorized user, like a parent or guardian, to make the monthly payment arrangements.
- A student or an authorized user may set up a payment plan using a credit card, checking account or savings account.
