Payment Plans

General Information

RCC offers affordable payment plans through the TouchNet App in myRCC. The RCC payment plan features:

  • No interest.
  • An affordable $30 enrollment charge per semester.
  • An optional down payment. Consider making a down payment so that your monthly payment amount is smaller and spread across more months.
  • Monthly payments due on the 5th of each month.
  • A student may designate an authorized user, like a parent or guardian, to make the monthly payment arrangements.
  • A student or an authorized user may set up a payment plan using a credit card, checking account or savings account.
