For over 40 years, the mission of Rockland Community College’s Summer Program has been to provide young people with a safe, fun and engaging environment. Our affordable summer programs are based in Rockland County, NY on the College’s beautiful main campus in Suffern, and at our Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center in Nyack. We want our students to learn awesome skills and meet even better friends.

Children (grades 4-8) who love to cook will learn kitchen and cooking basics, use of kitchen equipment, proper sanitation and knife skills. Each day features a different menu including pasta, pizza, sandwiches, salads, soup, desserts, and more. Each week the children will learn new recipes.
The Culinary Program will take place at the College’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts Center located at 70 Main Street in Nyack, NY.
