In support of the Regional Learning Network that the College has established with area high schools and the collaboration with the community and educators, the College waives the annual library card fee for Rockland County teachers. This policy will be reviewed on a yearly basis to assure that the College and the community are served at a level of excellence expected at Rockland Community College.
