LGBTQIA+ Ally Training

Join us for LGBTQIA+ Ally Training, an interactive workshop designed to foster an inclusive and supportive campus environment for all members of the RCC community. This session will equip faculty, staff, and students with the tools and understanding needed to be effective allies to LGBTQIA+ individuals.

Participants will learn key concepts related to gender identity and sexual orientation, explore the impact of bias and discrimination, and gain practical strategies for creating safer, more affirming spaces on campus.

All are welcome—whether you’re new to allyship or looking to deepen your knowledge and advocacy. Certificates of completion and RCC Ally stickers will be provided to participants.
