October 9 @ 12:40 pm - 1:20 pm EDT

Location: Academic I, Room 1106
Time: 10:15 – 10:45 am and 11 – 11:30 am

The T.H.R.I.V.E. Initiative is a comprehensive student Training program designed to foster Health, Resilience, Inclusion, Vibrancy, and Empowerment within the RCC community. Through a series of interactive sessions, students will engage in critical discussions and skill-building exercises aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate various challenges they may encounter during their college years and beyond.

Join us for an engaging workshop on the universal human experience of sleep! This interactive session explores rest through both sociological and medical perspectives, inviting students to consider cultural expectations as well as school and work demands. Discover how your daily routine interacts with the science of rest, circadian rhythms, and sleep disorders—and gain practical strategies to improve your sleep. Perfect for busy college students balancing classes, work, and life. Don’t miss actionable tips to boost your energy and focus right away!

Presenters: Dr. Rebha Sabharwal, Jeannine Kennedy, and Dr. Nancy McMorrow
