T.H.R.I.V.E. Initiative: Narcan Training

October 27 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Location: Academic I, Room 1106
Time: 10:15 – 10:45 am and 11 – 11:30 am

The T.H.R.I.V.E. Initiative is a comprehensive student Training program designed to foster Health, Resilience, Inclusion, Vibrancy, and Empowerment within the RCC community. Through a series of interactive sessions, students will engage in critical discussions and skill-building exercises aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate various challenges they may encounter during their college years and beyond.

This hands-on session will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and properly administer NARCAN (naloxone) to potentially save a life.

Whether you’re a student, faculty, or staff member, this training is a valuable opportunity to learn how you can make a difference in an emergency situation.

Presenter: Stacy Casden
