Unity in Diversity: Celebrating Islam and Judaism

Location: Ellipse (Technology Center, Room 8180) A service-learning project in collaboration with Eileen MacAvery Kane's Graphic Design class, where students will create short awareness videos (2–4 minutes) highlighting shared values, challenging stereotypes, and encouraging interfaith dialogue. These videos will serve as an introduction to a panel discussion.

Professional Development Day: Navigating Conversations Around Antisemitism and Islamophobia

Location: Academic I, Room 1106 A session designed to provide faculty, staff, and students with strategies for discussing Antisemitism and Islamophobia with empathy, awareness, and care. Led by Dr. Lindsay Warren and Sireen Sawalha (NJ HEART), this session will cover historical context, present-day challenges, and ways to create inclusive dialogue in educational and community settings.
