Interested in attending RCC using SUNY Reconnect?
Follow these steps:
- Register for one of our upcoming info sessions to learn more about the program (optional).
- Apply to RCC and choose an eligible program of study.
- Complete your FAFSA and TAP applications.
- Complete the SUNY Reconnect Attestation Form.
- Meet with an advisor and register for 6 or more credits in an eligible program of study.

New Yorkers 25-55 years old without a college degree who enroll in an eligible full-time or part-time associate degree program. See FAQ for more details.
What does “free” mean?
The SUNY Reconnect program covers the cost of tuition, fees, books, and supplies after all other financial aid is applied. It does not cover housing.
