Zeppole

October 23 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Location: Hawk’s Nest (Student Union, Room 3112)
Presenter: Prof. Matthew Siciliano

Join us and learn how to make zeppole and eat all you make. The history of this fried pastry is intertwined with ancient Roman traditions and Catholic religious observances, particularly the Feast of St. Joseph. Some legends say it all started at an ancient Roman festival honoring the gods of wine and wheat.
