Arizona State University
Arizona State University Transfer Admission
Applications Accepted: ASU Application for Admission, Common Application, Coalition Application
Application Deadline: ASU uses a rolling admission process that allows for a flexible time frame. ASU typically recommends that students start their steps to apply at least one semester prior to their starting term at ASU. It may take approximately two to six weeks to receive an admission decision once all requested materials are received. Although there are no “hard” deadlines to apply to ASU, there are a few priority dates to keep in mind if you’d like to maximize your opportunities for financial aid. Additional Information: MyPath2ASU is a new set of customized tools to help students transfer from community college to ASU. It makes transferring colleges seamless by allowing students to plan their path to transfer into their major at ASU by taking the right classes. Students on MyPath2ASU earn guaranteed admission into the major of their choice if all requirements are satisfied.

Application Deadline: We are rolling admissions so we have no hard deadline but it is recommended that students apply at least one month before their intended start date. For example, a student who plans to starts Fall 2022 (September) should apply by August.
Minimum GPA: 2.0
Financial Aid Available: We offer transfer scholarships that range anywhere from $7,000 per year to half tuition – based on the student’s GPA. Any student who is a member of PTK will automatically qualify for our half tuition scholarship.

Additional Information: We are partners with Rockland Community College, where those that are in their last semester about to graduate with an associate degree and those that already hold an associate degree, will get the $50 application fee waived, guaranteed admission, waiver of the admissions essay, waiver of the proof of high school, and a one time $100 Better Together Transfer Scholarship, as well as the ability to transfer the entire associate degree in if continuing along a similar academic path with SUNY Empire.
