No one does Oktoberfest like Steven Brunner. The only thing missing is the lederhosen. Learn how to make, and enjoy eating, traditional German food. You may BYOBeer or purchase “District 96” beer from our tenant Burger Loft. The menu for the evening includes:
- Potato Pancakes
- Soft Pretzels w Bier Cheese sauce
- Bratwurst & Sauerkraut
- Sauerbraten sliders w red cabbage
- Apple Turnovers
This class will be a combination of class participation w ‘hands on cooking’, as well as chef demos & tastings.
Participants will be engaged & go home with knowledge, ideas, and home cooked food.
The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
