Food Enthusiast Program: Apple Cider Donuts and Homemade Ice Cream

A fall favorite. One of my fondest memories is eating apple cider donuts at the farm.

Katie Lewis will teach us how, and help us to, make our own donuts. Katie will also teach us how to make homemade ice cream that we may enjoy with the donuts we make. This class is hands on for the donuts and class participation for the ice cream. You will take the donuts you make home. I do not think the ice cream will make it home.

An appetizer buffet of assorted meats and cheeses and vegetables with dips will greet you on your arrival.


The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
