In compliance with State Education Law 604.3, the President is charged with establishing and maintaining an organizational structure appropriate to facilitate the operations of the College within the scope of the appropriate collective bargaining agreements and policies of the College, i.e. Faculty Senate, Curriculum Committee, Reappointment, Tenure and Promotions process, etc.
