The College shall maintain one official personnel file on each employee, which shall be located in the Office of Human Resources.
No material which shall be the basis for discipline or discharge shall be used or deemed admissible unless such material has been contained in such file at the time of its original possession by the College.
The personnel file shall be available for review by the employee/representative under written authorization by the employee during normal office hours.
Copies made/furnished to the employee shall be at the employee’s expense.
File material greater than three years old shall not be used in any discipline, discharge, or non-renewal.
