Wanting to share with you the 3 weeks he spent in Italy this summer Steve is back with a taste of Tuscany and Rome. The menu includes:
- Pecorino & Romano cheese & assorted aged meats of the region. – Tastings & discussions
- Roman style Pizza
- Bistecca alla Fiorentina – Steak Florentine
- Spaghetti Carbonara
- Lampredotto – Tripe sandwich from the 4th stomach of a cow. Steve had it, & it was delicious!
- Almond Biscotti
This class will be a combination of class participation with ‘hands on cooking’, as well as chef demos & tastings.
Suggested wine pairings: (We do not provide wine, you may BYOB)
- Brunello – Rich bold dark red
- Vermentino – Fruity well balanced white
The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
