Food Enthusiast Program: Knife Skills & Butchering

Cost: $70 per person
Join Chef Steve and learn & practice basic knife skills by butchering chicken and cutting assorted vegetables. Take home a skill that will last a lifetime while cooking these recipes Quartered Roasted Chicken, Sweet Potato Corn & Pepper Hash, Garden Fresh Ratatouille.
The maximum class size is 20 with 10 cooking stations.
Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
