There are so many reasons to earn credits at RCC this summer! You can lighten your fall course load, transfer the credits to your current college, retake a class you dropped, or finish your degree in less than 2 years.

Summer 2026 registration is open.

Fee assessment for the Summer 2026 semester will begin on April 17, 2026.

Invoices will be sent out electronically to all students beginning on April 17. Check your Touchnet account in the myRCC portal to review your Student Account Statement.

Continuing students, access the link to Self-Service Banner (SSB) in their myRCC portal.

Important Payment Information for Summer 2026

If you have registered for classes but have not made payment arrangements yet, you may be at risk of being de-registered from your courses. To avoid being dropped from your Summer 2026 courses, please secure your payment arrangements. Your spot will not be secured if you are de-registered.

Please make payment arrangements by the following dates to avoid deregistration.

To maintain your registration, please complete one of the following payment arrangement options:

  1. Pay your balance in full using Touchnet.
  2. Pay by cash or check in person by visiting Student Accounts in the Technology Center, Room 8100.
  3. If you are using Financial Aid for the Summer semester you must complete your 2026/2027 FAFSA 2 weeks prior to your payment deadline.

Hours of operation:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 9 am – 4:45 pm
Thursday: 9 am – 6:45 pm

Students are financially responsible for all semester tuition and fee charges incurred despite their non-attendance. Students should adhere to the college policy regarding dropping or withdrawing.

What is a Visiting Student?

A visiting student is someone who wishes to take a few courses at RCC and does not plan to matriculate (enter a degree program) at RCC. This can include students who are currently enrolled at another college and wish to take a course at RCC to transfer to that degree.

SUNY Cross-Registration:

  • If you are a student attending a SUNY college or university please follow the instructions to apply use the online using the SUNY cross-registration application found at https://www.suny.edu/crossregistration

Non-SUNY Students:

  • For non-SUNY students or any student from a SUNY institution that does not participate in summer cross-registration please make sure your home school approves you taking the courses at RCC. Once you have received permission from your home institution, use the electronic RCC Student Data Sheet & Registration Form. In the document upload section of this form you will need to upload:
    • Picture ID
    • Your home school’s college transcript (unofficial version is acceptable)

Once you complete the electronic Student Data Sheet and Registration Form and attach the required documentation, you will receive email status updates from [email protected]. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders.

Registration for all Summer 2026 sessions opens April 8, 2026.

  • Summer Session 1 courses begin June 1 and end July 2.
  • Summer Session 2 courses begin June 15 and end August 6.
  • Summer Session 3 courses begin July 6 and end August 6.
  • Summer course offering will be viewable in Self-Service Banner beginning in March. Current students can access Self-Service Banner in their myRCC portal.
