The Steps Beyond Statements Committee is a cornerstone of RCC’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Reporting to the President and Chief Diversity Officer, the committee collaborates with students, employees, and stakeholders to create a vibrant, inclusive learning community.
Our mission is to advance DEI through meaningful initiatives that align with RCC’s institutional goals. By bringing together diverse perspectives, we aim to foster a culture of belonging and ensure RCC is a welcoming space for everyone.
